Sustainability
We believe that sustainability begins with the way we treat people, places, and the trust placed in us. It’s not about making promises, it’s about taking steady, practical steps to take things better each day.
In FY2025 , the Group distributed
RM23.6 Million
in total economic value, reflecting our resilience and continued commitment to responsible growth.
During the year, we enhanced our understanding of material ESG matters, strengthened our governance practices, and made steady progress across our environmental and social initiatives.
These efforts form a strong foundation as we continue to enhance the way we plan, design, and deliver our developments.
As we move forward,
we remain focused on:
• growing responsibly
• embedding sustainability into our developments
• creating spaces that deliver enduring value for our communities and stakeholders
